ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Gajendra Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and with the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner seeks for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue family ration card to her.

3. Since the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending before the authority, without going into the merits of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's contentions there will be a direction upon the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2011 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
