Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Engineer, by including the name of the petitioner in the panel of the year 20122013, on par with her juniors, with all attendant and monetary benefits, in the light of order of the Government issued in G.O.Ms.No. 119 Rural Development Department dated 07.10.2016 and as per orders of the Honble High Court made in W.P. No.31813 of 2017 dated 02.11.2021

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking for promotion to the post of Assistant Engineer, by including the name of the petitioner in the panel of the year 2012-2013, on par with her juniors, with all attendant and monetary benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner, in the light of Government Order in G.O.Ms.No. 119, Rural Development Department, dated 07.10.2016 and as per order the passed by this Court in W.P. No.31813 of 2017 dated 02.11.2021, and pass
orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
