O R D E R

This Court expressed its view that these Civil Revision Petitions have no merits in the light of the detailed order passed in Memo O.S.Nos.787 of 2021, 788 of 2021 and 789 of 2021 on the file of XVIII Additional District Judge, City Civil Court, Chenani.

2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions.

3. In view of the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions. 2/4

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is permitted to proceed further with the suit pending before the Trial Court, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
