Ms.G.Vrinda, representing Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the CBI would submit that all the attested copies of the documents have been sent to the applicant at Mumbai.
2. Mr.B.Kishore learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that he would produce those documents to enable the Official Liquidator to re adjudicate the claims.
3. Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator representing the Official Liquidator, would have no objection for readjudication of the claim if the applicant places those documents before the Official Liquidator.
4. Taking note of all the above submissions made and the fact that the applicant was prevented from producing the original documents before 1/3

vum the Scheduled time by the CBI, the orders rejecting the claims of the applicant are set aside and the applicant is directed to produce the attested copies of the documents furnished by the CBI before the Official Liquidator to enable him to adjudicate upon the claims.
