The petitioner seeks the following relief:

directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petition dated 23.08.2024 and dated 25.04.2025 in petition No. 317 of 2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits after affording opportunity to both parties within a particular time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Habeeb Rahman, learned Government Advocate submits that the enquiry commenced on 25.10.2024 and the next hearing is fixed on 29.05.2025. He further submits that the respondent will conclude the proceedings and pass final orders within four weeks after hearing both parties.

3. Recording the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
