These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent, A.S.Pandurangan, to set aside the abatement caused on the account of the death of the first respondent, A.S.Pandurangan and to bring on record the respondents 9 to 11 herein as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and array them as respondents in CRP.No.1306 of 2018.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
