This Criminal Original Petition has been filedto call for the records relating to the complaint dated 17.07.2020 in Cr.No.196 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.196 of 2020 and charge sheet also filed and the

same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.206 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Aathur.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
