O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent Management filed an affidavit, stating that the petitioner accepted the settlement and received a sum of Rs.4,79,452/-(Rupees Four Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Two only) and issued a receipt to that effect.

2. In view of the fact that the issues between the writ petitioner and the Management is settled, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
