ORDER

This Court vide order dated 17.12.2018 in W.P.No.32618 of 2018 , directed the respondents to consider petitioner's representation and pass order. Since the order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Contempt Petition No.1244 of 2019 second respondent therein to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the amended G.O. As against the order of this Court, the 2nd respondent has obtained an order of interim stay in W.A.No.3744/2019 in C.MP.No.27347/2019, by the Division Bench of this Court on 06.11.2019.

3. Hence, the contempt application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy after disposal of the Writ Appeal.
