Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in impugned order in ACIT/Comp.C-I (2)/CBE/AADCS0672G/2014-2015 dated 03.06.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same insofar as Assessment Years 1993-1994, 1994-1995 and 1998-1999 respectively are concerned as contrary to law and suffer from the error of jurisdiction and direct the respondents to treat the petitioner as an assessee not in default for the balance of demand amount to which it is only the interest under Section 220
(2) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
