WMP.No.18998 of 2024 in W.P.No.13011 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J, This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 4 to 6 as respondents 4 to 6 in the Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted since the patta is in the name of the petitioner and the proposed respondents 4 to 6 and the petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to remove the names of the respondents 4 to 6 from the patta, the proposed respondents are proper and necessary parties to the Writ Petition and hence, they have to be impleaded in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above submissions, this petition is Ordered.

4. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. Notice to the newly impleaded respondents 4 to 6 returnable by 30.07.2024. Private notice is also permitted.
