2.Heard Mr.J.Deliban, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.By an order dated 03.12.2021, this Court has disposed of the above CRP.No.2056 of 2020, with a direction to the learned Sub-Judge, Tambaram, to number HMOP(SR).No.982 of 2020, by observing that "the petitioner was directed to enclose the marriage invitation, marriage certificate, marriage photos and the same was complied with". In respect of those words, it is hereby clarified that the marriage photos have already been filed along with the filing papers. In respect of the marriage certificate, since marriage said to have been solemnized in the year 2002, the learned counsel for the petitioner/husband made an endorsement at the relevant point of time that registration of marriage is not compulsory and also made a necessary endorsement thereto. 4.On the point of marriage invitation, the learned counsel for the appellant would draw my attention to the judgment of this Court, reported 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

dua in 2016 (3) CTC 741 - (M.Janaki Vs. K.Vairamuthu), wherein, this Court has observed that "for numbering a petition in the matrimonial proceedings, marriage invitation need not be compelled to file", the same is the subject matter of the Trial.

5.Hence, in respect of marriage invitation and marriage certificate, the same may be dispensed for the present. In respect of the other entries if any, that has to be complied with. The learned Sub-Judge, Tambaram, is directed to look into this matter and accordingly take the matter on file by disposing of the marriage invitation and marriage certificate for the present.
