O R D E R
The petitioner has been working as Assistant, right from 24.08.2001. The next avenue of promotion is to the post of Superintendent. According to the petitioner, he is eligible to be promoted as Superintendent.
The petitioner submitted representations on 20.2.2014 and 2.1.2015, requesting the respondent to promote him to the post of Superintendent. Since follow up action was not taken by the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 20.2.2014 and 2.1.2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
