The petitioner has filed the above petition seeking to direct the respondent to investigate the occurrence, dated 20.05.2024 and consequently, alter the FIR Crime No.241 of 2024 in appropriate Indian Penal Code of offences.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the FIR has been filed on 21.05.2024 itself. Hence, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file charge-sheet before the appropriate Court within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
