The petitioner is stated to be working as night Watchman in the Block Development Office, Panchayat Union, Marakkanam. According to the petitioner, he has been working right from October 2003. The petitioner submitted a representation on 24.03.2015 requesting the first respondent to regularise his services. The said representation is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent.
2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.03.2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be carried out within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Status quo with regard to the service of the petitioner should be maintained till the disposal of the representation by the first respondent.
