This application is filed seeking to extend the time granted by this Court for a further period to complete the arbitration proceedings by the learned Arbitrator.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. Earlier, vide order dated 20.06.2017, this Court had appointed Mr.K.Moorthy, Advocate as Sole Arbitrator. It is stated that the award has to be passed by the learned Arbitrator. As the mandate of the tribunal has expired, the present application has been filed.

4. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel on both sides, time is extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the parties are directed to co-operate for completion of the proceedings and enable the tribunal to pass an award.

5. This application is ordered, accordingly.
