The petitioner seeks police protection to him and his rental property situated at Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church, in TELC Compund, Pollachi-1 Pastorate, Pollachi Coimbatore District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that there is a Civil dispute regarding management of the property pertaining to Church and the petition in this regard was enquired and closed on 01.10.2023. There is no information of adverse incident brought to the notice of the Police, which requires police protection to the petitioner.
