ORDER

In the writ petition, the petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue property tax receipts for the payment made by the petitioner and to change the name of the property tax into the petitioner's name by considering the representations dated 03.11.2014 and 25.02.2015. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a direction could be given to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 03.11.2014 and 25.02.2015. 3.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 03.11.2014 and 25.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity for personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
