Company Application No.202 of 2019 in Company Petition No.167 of 2001 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., This Company Application is filed as against the rejection order passed by the learned Official Liquidator in adjudicating the claim of the applicant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Deputy Official Liquidator for the respondent.

3. The claim of the applicant has been rejected by the learned Official Liquidator on the ground that the original documents have not been produced. It is undisputed fact that the award has been passed only based on the original documents and the applicant has also produced the certified copy of the award before the learned Official Liquidator and hence, the question of production of original documents does not arise at all.

4. Therefore, the order of the learned Official Liquidator dated 04.06.2019 rejecting the claim of the applicant is hereby set aside and the applicant is directed to produce the certified copy of the original award before the learned Official Liquidator. On such production of the same, the learned Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the applicant, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. http://www.judis.nic.in
