Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed an impleading petition in W.M.P.No.18588 of 2024 to implead the proposed party as 4th respondent on the ground that there is dispute in respect of the liability, since the alleged damage was caused only by the proposed respondent.

Considering the said submission, the implead petition is allowed.
3. Notice to the fourth respondent returnable by 05.07.2024. Private notice is also permitted.
26.06.2024 (1⁄2) Lpp Note : Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main Writ Petition.
