ORDER

The petitioner apprehends that the patta granted to him for Plot Nos.121-A & 121-B in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Velacherry Village, might be cancelled, and hence seeks a direction of this Court to forbear the respondents from doing it.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader submits that it is a mere apprehension, and the petition does not disclose any cause of action. He also added that if at all it has to be cancelled, it will be done only in due process of law and the petitioner will be accorded with proper and effective hearing in the matter.

3. The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition and hence, this petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
