The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the main Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 08.02.2024 in M.C.No.6 of 2023 by the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Mr.K.Selvakumar, learned counsel, who took notice on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
