CMP No.14170 of 2019 C.R.P.(NPD) No.2882 of 2014 This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 467 days in representing the above CM.P. SR No.99549 to 99551 of 2017 in C.R.P. No.2882 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The respondent has no serious objection to allow this petition.

4. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of the instant petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Note to office : List the main C.R.P. on 17.07.2019

CMP No.14170 of 2019 C.R.P.(NPD) No.2882 of 2014

C.R.P. No.2882 of 2014 C.M.P. SR No.99549 of 2017 has been filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner and rank them as petitioners 2 and 3; b)C.M.P. SR No.99550 of 2017 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of petitioner and c) C.M.P. SR No.99551 of 2017 has been filed to condone the delay of 616 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The respondent has no serious objections to allow these petitions.

4. On a perusal of the affidavits filed in support of these petitions , the reasons stated therein are one and the same and being satisified with the same, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions at the SR stage for early disposal of the main CRP. Accordingly these three petitions are ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the aforesaid petitions, if they are otherwise in order and after making necessary amendments, list the main CRP for hearing on 17.07.2019.

Condone delay only numbered abatement and bring on record not yet numbered CMP 14170 of 2019 has been filed by the respondent to condone the Delay of 467 days in representing the CMP SR No.19549 of 17 in CRP No.2822 of 2014.

This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of the instant application and satisfied with the reasons delay condoned. The respondent has also not raised any serious objection for allowing these applications. Accordingly, the CMP No.14170 is allowed as prayed for.

Insofar as the remaining applications viz., CMP SR Nos. ---- and - which have been filed by the petitioner to set aside the abatement condone delay in filing an application to bring on record the LR for the deceased petitioner and to bring on record the legal representatives. Even though the said appliations are in the same stage for early disposal of CRP, the said applications are allowed agn, reason stated herein are also as the same as was stated in CMP SR No.

Registry is directed to number the said application and list the main CRP for hearing after carrying out the necessary amendments. Post on 17.07.2019 is not seriously disputing

Sole Revision Petitioner died.

The respondent have got no objection for allowing all these CMPs. Condone delay only numbered abatement and bring on record not yet numbered CMP 1470 of 2019 has been filed by the respondent to condone the elay of 467 days in representing the CMP sr nO.19549 RO 17 in CRP No.2822 of 2014.
