Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent made in his proceedings No.EA-1/F-1/2014 dated 31.10.2014 and quash the same.

O R D E R

The petitioner was suspended from service by order dated 31.10.2014 on account of his involvement in a criminal case. The petitioner challenges the suspension order on the ground that the complainant himself has withdrawn the complaint against him.

2. When the writ petition came up for admission on 27.03.2015, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the second respondent to review the suspension.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.11.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be carried out within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
