Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to comply with the terms and conditions as stated in the allotment of Letter of Intent of Dealership of Petrol / diesel Retail Outlet under S.C.category dated 02.01.2006 and made in MDRO/JJ/RET in so far it relates to the arrangements of suitable plot of land duly developed as Retail Outlet and direct the fourth respondent herein to consider the land owned by Church of South India, Trichy-Thanjavur diocese offered for lease vide their letter dated 03.11.2005.
