Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records of the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Town Police Station, the 3rd respondent herein passed in the impugned proceedings dated 10.03.2018 in Parvai No.229/3483/ADSP HQ/PLR/2018 and quash the same and consequently issue an order of appointing a new Investigation Agency from among (1) a Court monitored Special Investigation Team (2) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and (3) CBCID of the Tamil Nadu Government, in that order for enquiring into the complaint of the petitioners against the respondents 4 to 14 herein, investigating the case and filing a final report in the competent Court according to law.
