ORDER

The writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2009 and issue patta in respect of the lands situated in No.38, Puzhal Village, Puzhal Panjayachat, comprised in Survey No.450/3A, out of 1 acre and 75 cents, measuring 0.50 cents (equivalent to about 29.50 Ares or 31742 Sq.ft).

2.It is stated that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court direct the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.10.2009 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner for producing the records in support of his claim or anyone. who has interest or claim. This exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
