2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of this case, the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate CCB cases and CBCID cases (Metro cases), Egmore is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
