Common Prayer: Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, pleased to call for the records and quash the charge sheet in C.C.Nos.689 & 1123 of 2022 in Crime Nos.638 & 636 of 2021 respectively on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore as it is exfacie illegal, abuse of process, miscarriage of justice, besides being liable to quash on the ground of innocence and also purely civil nature and abuse of process of law.
For Petitioner in both cases : Mr.D.S.Ramesh For R1in both cases : Mr.S.Udayakumar Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER This Criminal Original Petitions are filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.Nos.689 & 1123 of 2022 in Crime Nos.638 & 636 of 2021 respectively on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner herein, an absconding accused had thrown stone at the hospital premises where his father was admitted and died. A case has been registered against him and the final report filed. Further, there is also another case against this petitioner for 2/4
teasing a girl in public, for the said complaint, photograph proof has been collected leading to file a final report. 3.
Taking note of the above fact, this Court finds no merit in these petitions. Hence these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
