O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to dispose of the representation dated 08.09.2015 on the file of the respondents.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner had settled the property in favour of his daughter Sumithra and based on the settlement, the 2nd respondent had issued patta in favour of the said Sumithra on 08.07.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition may be closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
