Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned circular issued by the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.4053/E3/1/2019-TC dated 24.05.2019 and to quash the same in so far as including the name of the petitioners working in the teaching posts in Government Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore is concerned and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue in the teaching posts in the respective Speciality Department in Government Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore.
