JUDGMENT
The above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the against the award and decree passed on 20.07.2005 in M.C.O.P.No.97/2004 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Additional Special Judge, Krishnagiri.
2. This Court, by order dated 22.01.2015, upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, ordered notice of motion to the respondent and the matter was adjourned by four weeks.
3. Further, on 07.04.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, despite, the name of the appellant as well as the counsel on record being printed in the cause-list, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and hence, this Court, adjourned the case to 13.04.2022 under the caption "for dismissal".

4. Today(13.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither the appellant appeared in person nor his counsel appeared on his behalf to represent the case. It can now be inferred that the appellant is not interested to prosecute this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
