allow them to live peaceful life based on their representation dated 24.09.2018.

The Writ Petition in W.P.No.8912 of 2022 has been filed challenging the notice dated 29.03.2022 issued by the seventh respondent under Section 78(2) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 to vacate the premises on the ground that the petitioners are encroachers' of the temple property.
3. The grievance of the petitioners is with regard their title over the property. Hence, the petitioners have to file a civil suit as civil disputes cannot be decided in writ jurisdiction.
