Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from reducing the salary of the petitioners, namely, Clerks cum Accountants working in Namakkal Child Labour Welfare Society.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners made a submission that the writ petitioners are now receiving the monthly payment of Rs.5,000/- and the respondents are bound to continue the same, so long as they are in service.

2. With this observation, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
