C.M.P.No.18223 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 316 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent / A.R.M.Sundaram in the CRP.

2. C.M.P.No.18226 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record respondent nos. 7 to 10 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in CRP.

3. C.M.P.No.18224 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the CRP.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
