ORDER
This Writ Petition (Crl) has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order or direction in the nature of a Writ directing the 3rd respondents to provide police protection for the temple festivel viz, Sri Balayi Amman Thirukkoil situated at Devarayapuram Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal from 15.05.2026 to 24.05.2026 and also for conducting temple car and deity procession through North Street, Nadu Street, Rajavethi, Thuriyur Main Road, Uttanchatti Road and Poyar Street of Devarayapuram Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal based on the petitioners representation dated 02.05.2026 and pas such further or other orders.
2. When the matter is taken up for today, Mr. A. Damodaran, the Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2026 has already been received by the respondents. In this regard, they will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order after enquiry.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2026 as soon as possible and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
