O R D E R
The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents to furnish the information, as per his application dated 24.11.2014.
2. The petitioner claimed that he sought for certain information from the second respondent, which was not provided to him properly. Hence, he filed an appeal under Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act on 27.12.2014. Even thereafter, there is no proper reply furnished to him by the officers of the second respondent leading to the filing of the second appeal before the first respondent under Section 19(3) of the said Act https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on 13.04.2015. The first respondent passed the order dated 14.10.2015 directing the Public Information Officer of the second respondent to furnish the correct information to the petitioner. However, the second respondent, only after the petitioner filing a complaint under Section 18(1) of the RTI Act, passed an order dated 31.12.2015 giving certain limited information. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to furnish him the information sought for by him in the application dated 24.11.2014.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. Upon instructions, learned counsel for the first respondent submits that within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the request of the petitioner will be complied with.
5. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
