By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she was in receipt of old age pension from the year 2011, it was stopped all of a sudden and therefore, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.N.Elumalai, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, the learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and would submit that the request of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the third respondent and prays for time to communicate the said order.

4. In the light of the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondent to communicate the order, rejecting the request of the petitioner for old age pension, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law before the competent forum. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
