When the revision was taken up for disposal, Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as against the common award, CMA and revision was filed in CMA No. 2955 - 2957 of 2014. The said C.M.A.No.2955 - 2957 of 2014 was taken up for hearing on 03.02.2023 and the appeals were dismissed.

Following the same judgment, C.R.P.No.3790 of 2014 stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
