Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent pertaining to the proceedings in Roc.No.20740/2012/C2/Dated: 10.01.2013 & quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2013 by forbearing them from issuing 'No Objection Certificate' for the proposed fuel station to be located opposite to my petrol bunk situate in No.5/1161, Senthil Nagar, Salem Main Road, Dharmapuri, in violation of the guidelines for access location and layout of road side fuel and service stations. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the No Objection Certificate, which is the subject matter in the present writ petition, has already been granted and the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. has already been commenced the work on 06.09.2013 itself.

2. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
