O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the petition and order dated 09.01.2013 made in I.A.No.356 of 2012 in O.S.No.127 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vridhachalam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 5 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is plaintiff and respondents are the defendants in O.S.No.127 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vridhachalam. The petitioner filed the said suit for permanent injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with her possession of the suit property. Pending suit, petitioner filed I.A.No.356 of 2012 for temporary injunction. The said application was closed on 09.01.2013. Against the said order dated 09.01.2013 made in I.A.No.356 of 2012 in O.S.No.127 of 2012, the present Civil

Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner.

4. In view of the relief sought for in the suit, without deciding the issue on merits, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.127 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
