This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8810 of 2022 dated 07.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13112 of 2022 on 07.06.2022.

3. This Court, by an order dated 07.07.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.8810 of 2022, extended the time to the petitioner.

Therefore, this Court finds no merits in this petition. Further, the defacto complainant submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this petition is dismissed.
