ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to forbear the respondents from indulging in the drawing, digging and construction work to connect the channel in the already existing channel running on the other side of the Signal office Road, Pammal opposite to the petitioner's theatre.
2.Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the interim order of this Court dated 29.04.2004, stating that 'there will be an order to the limited extent of not allowing the drainage water to get stagnated near the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
theatre', nothing further survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
