This petition has been filed to amend the Sections in the above Crl.O.P.No.15304 of 2025 which was ordered by this Court on 15.05.2025 as under Sections 4(1)(C) r/w 4(1-A)(ii) of TNP Amendment Act & 25(1B)(a) of Arms Act, 1957 instead of Sections 4(1)(C) r/w 4(1-A)(ii) of TNP Amendment Act.

3.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.15304 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
