CMP Nos.5428 & 7566/2016 are filed by the petitioner/defendant praying for an order of interim injunction restraining the respective respondent / plaintiff from enforcing the judgements and decrees made in OS.Nos.105/2004 and 106/2004 dated 18.03.2015.

2.In view of the disposal of the applications in CMP Nos.5427/2016 in ASSR No.83213 of 2015, and 7565/2016 in ASSR No.83218 of 2015, seeking permission by the petitioner / defendant to file the appeals as an Indigent person, are dismissed, the present applications are also dismissed.
