In a nutshell, it is submitted that the issue really no more res integra, and despite those judicial proceedings, the rights have been given to the private respondents.
2. It is agreed that the representation made by the petitioner as referred to aforesaid be disposed of within one month of the receipt of the order by the first respondent by a speaking order after notice to all concerned, keeping in mind the previous judicial pronouncements.
