These petitions have been filed to set aside the order dated 13.03.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri made in C.M.P.Nos.2537 & 2538 of 2019 in S.T.C.Nos.308 & 314 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the respondent and no enquiry is pending against the petitioner herein.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the prayer sought for in these petitions have become infructuous. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
