Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated on 13.03.2015 and pass orders on merit accordance with law at the earliest point of time. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R4 as well as the learned counsel appearing for R5 to R7.

2. Alleging that the patta has been granted to the respondents 5 to 7 over the property belonging to the petitioner- temple, a representation has been given by the petitioner to the fourth respondent on 13.03.2015. As no order has been passed till date, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 13.03.2015, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 5 to 7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
