No.27753 of 2021 in W.P.No.19207 of 2021) PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondent to accept my community certificate dated 04.08.2017, R.Dis/1335/A3/2017, Certificate No.238576 issued by the RDO and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tiruttani Division, Tiruvallur District as valid and sufficient and issue the order of appointment and other consequential and ancillary orders/proceedings in my favour for the post of Officer in Grade A in different divisions of respondent office viz., Refineries, Marketing, Pipelines, Business Development etc., in pursuant to the offer of appointment dated 30.07.2021 with all concomitant benefits.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondent to accept my https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
community certificate dated 04.08.2017, R.Dis/1335/A3/2017, Certificate No.238576 issued by the RDO and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tiruttani Division, Tiruvallur District as valid and sufficient and issue the order of appointment and other consequential and ancillary orders/proceedings in my favour for the post of Officer in Grade A in different divisions of respondent office viz., Refineries, Marketing, Pipelines, Business Development etc., in pursuant to the offer of appointment dated 30.07.2021 with all concomitant benefits. 2.Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent.
3.The Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to verify the community status of the petitioner and issue certificate in the format insisted upon by the first respondent employer, which is enclosed at page No.72 in the typed set of documents filed on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner is also directed to serve a copy of the affidavit and typed set of documents to the Revenue Divisional Officer for his due appreciation and to enable him to issue certificate that is required by the first respondent for employing the petitioner in pursuance of his selection. The Revenue Divisional Officer shall take into consideration the community status of the petitioner and issue certificate within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
