This writ petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to issue admit card and permit the petitioner (Reg No.DET21AU013620) to join the ITI (Electrician) course 2021 and continue the course without insisting upon the production of community certificate. 2.It is reported that the Collector, Tiruvannamalai District has already passed an order and rejected the appeal filed by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has already filed an appeal. 2 / 4
